5 day running average (pink line)  I stalled out for about a month there, before switching to a more stressful full-body workout and going to a higher fat ketogenic diet.

Scatter plot with linear regression.  The regression shows I should be at goal weight about March 1st.   The regression line doesn't know that the holidays are approaching!!!
